Our story

Two Fires, One Kitchen

Seven 7 Days began as a family kitchen in Colmar. On one side, the embers of the grill; on the other, the flame of the stone oven — both answering to the same principle: good produce, the right heat, patience. We buy our meat from a local butcher, rest our dough for 48 hours, and make our mezze from scratch every morning.

How do I book a table at Seven 7 Days?

Booking is by phone: call us on 03 89 29 54 95. There is no online form — we book your table straight from the dining room, which lets us give you a real time based on what is actually free. Your table is held for 15 minutes past the agreed time.

What are your opening hours?

We are open 7 days a week: Monday to Thursday 11:30–22:30, Friday and Saturday 11:30–23:30, and Sunday 12:00–22:00. The last booking is taken one hour before closing.

Where is the restaurant, and how far is it from central Colmar?

Seven 7 Days is at 10 Rte de Neuf-Brisach, 68000 Colmar, a few minutes by car from Colmar’s old town. We are on the Neuf-Brisach road, east of the centre; Google Maps directions are linked from our Contact page.

Is the meat halal?

Please call us on 03 89 29 54 95 for the exact sourcing and preparation of our meat — we would rather answer you precisely than state it loosely here. Our meat comes from a local butcher and the team will give you a straight answer.

Do you have vegetarian or vegan dishes?

Yes, and they are badged on the menu. Vegetarian: Margherita, Quattro Formaggi and Vegetariana pizzas, plus cheese börek. Vegan: vegetable skewers, hummus, shepherd’s salad and spicy ezme — these carry a separate “Vegan” badge.

Are there gluten-free options?

We do not have a dedicated gluten-free menu. Several dishes are naturally free of gluten — grills, salads and some of the mezze — but they are prepared in a kitchen that handles flour all day, so we cannot guarantee there are no traces. Tell the team about your intolerance, or call us on 03 89 29 54 95 before you come.

Can I order takeaway or delivery?

Is there parking?

Is there a children’s menu?

There is no separate children’s menu, but several dishes suit younger guests well: the Margherita pizza, chicken skewers, the milder mezze and ayran. We are happy to adjust portions — just tell the team when you order.
